Answers to Your Questions

What age groups do you specialize in?

While we typically work with children and young adults ages 3 to 22, the primary reason for referral is often related to challenges in the educational process as well as occupational needs.

How do I know if my child needs your services?

Often parents are looking for clarity as to why their child is struggling in school. If your child is facing challenges with emotional regulation, social skills, or learning difficulties, or if you've noticed changes in their behavior that concern you, our services might be beneficial. We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your child's specific needs and how we can help.

Can you work directly with my child's school?

Yes, with your consent, we can collaborate with your child's school to provide a consistent support system. This may include IEP and/or 504 consultation, attending meetings, and offering recommendations to ensure your child's needs are met across environments.

Do you take insurance?

We are considered “out of network” by insurance carriers but can provide a SuperBill to present to your insurance company for reimbursement. Telehealth services are available on request.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that schedules can change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

Do you prescribe medication?

While we can provide information and guidance on medication, we do not prescribe it.
